  : The hotel was nice and very well located, basically to close to downtown.Also Stiven on front desk was such a great person to us. He's very nice and kind person.
  : They didn't clean my room when we left the sign on the door. Also the hand wash had a liquin under the tap.

  : The pool was nice to have, bright blue colour. The views from the room were absolutely amazing, of Palm Springs mountains. The room was old fashioned American, but nice, has everything you need. The location is ideal for Palm Springs, lots of parking.
  : The staff member was rude to us on the front deskThe bed sheet or the mattress I don’t know, smelt like human waste, surely that is a minimum requirement to clean the sheets, make sure it doesn’t smell. They need to remove the bed as it is disgusting. We felt uncomfortable and grossed out

  : It's in a good location. That's about it for the good things.
  : Don't be fooled by the colorful photos and low prices. I honestly felt instant regret upon checking in to my room here. The pictures they post are very deceiving. When I arrived to check in, the front desk guy was in an old worn out shirt with something like paint and bleach stains. I can't imagine any hotel allowing the front desk to represent their hotel like this. Arriving to the room was a huge disappointment. It is old, worn, broken stained furniture, peeling paint, cracked flooring, frayed window shades, just plain unacceptable. I honestly felt like checking out and finding another hotel, but I convinced myself that I could take it for just one night. The bed is an old mattress on a metal frame pushed against the wall and moves out of place easily. I went down to the pool and there was so much junk laying around everywhere. Nobody at the pool, but every lounge chair was reserved with peoples items, couldn't figure out where everyone was, seems like they have people paying the weekly rate and commandeering their lounge chairs with their junk. The only available lounge chair was disgusting and odiferous, so I didn't use any chair. I am usually the person who asks to extend my 11am checkout to noon, and then pushes it until 1pm. Not here. I was up and out before 9am with nowhere to go in palm springs for the morning, I was happier in my clean car in the raging heat than at this hotel. Unless you have no standards this hotel does not meet any basic comfort standards.
