  : It was clean and quiet .
  : We were not able to use the jacuzzi or pool , we called and ask them to fix it they said they were coming to do it since Wednesday and it is now Friday we are leaving we have not once put our bikinis on for jacuzzi or pool . No one came to fix it yet they changed me $98 on my car for pool and jacuzzi fees . Which we did not use at all . Very disappointed . Pam springs is all about the jacuzzi and pool yet we didnt even use ours . Bad customer service on their end .

  : The property was very nice and equipped with everything a group might need to have in house meals and fun. The no music policy outside is laughable. Not only did someone come into the property while we slept to remove trash cans but there is no ordinance for the neighbors apparently having their trees trimmed starting at 7am. If you are going to enforce a noise ordinance that is so tight make sure the neighbors are also complying before you allow you guests to book. Lastly, the Vacasa communication and their staff were less than dialed in. We received 3-5 emails, texts, calls, and notifications in the Booking.com app everyday of our reservation. Lastly, a staff member was parked outside the rental starting at 9:45am, for a 10am checkout. Normal check in was 4pm due to Covid additional cleaning. Total crap, doesnt take 6 hours to clean a 1600sq ft house that you have more or less begged your renter to do the majority of the work before they checked out. Really was a day and a half rental, not 2 days. The other half was dealing with the Vacasa engagement and shortened check in/out times.

  : we were charged to heat the pool and jacuzzi but pool was never warm enough to get in. and the added fees made the final cost almost double what was quoted on booking.com

  : The house was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, accommodating amenities, spacious backyard, sparkling pool, great location! Our favorite detail within the house was definitely the framed Silence of the Lambs art. We each took a picture next to this ridiculous (in the best way) art!
  : Would be nice if the living room tv was centrally located. We would have loved to have a movie night, but the organization of the living room is not set up to support that.
