  : When we arrived (after a long flight from the U.K. and having booked months ago) the receptionist announced one of our rooms had been cancelled as they hadn’t been able to take payment for both rooms on my credit card that day and they were now full! Seriously couldn’t give a flip about us and because we used booking.com it wasn’t their problem. They did finally after lots of debate find us two rooms saying ‘it would now be someone else’s problem’ and we noticed the man who arrived after us was told he didn’t have a room and had been moved to their sister hotel. None of this is what you want late at night after a long journey. I will never book a Hyatt again. Avoid!

  : The room was spacious with a large comfy bed. There was a large portable ironing board and an iron, a coffee maker that we didn't use, a large television and a pull out sofa. There was also a refrigerator. The main drawback was that there wasn't a microwave in the room. There was daily breakfast and a microwave available in the lobby but none in the room. Otherwise, the amenities we used were outstanding! The staff was awesome!

  : • Good location, a nice green area• The room was clean when we arrived• Strong wifi• Checkout at 12:00 pm• Shops and cafes within walking distance
  : • No microwaves in the rooms – had to use the only one available in the breakfast area. The reception staff refused to provide a spare microwave, even though it was to heat up my toddler daughter's food. They said that these things should be ordered in advance (which I missed while booking).• Housekeepers don't do their job properly. They chat and laugh out loud in the hallways instead of cleaning the rooms. We left the room in the morning and the maids saw us go. When we got back to the hotel in the evening, the room was not cleaned at all.• The rooms are not as spacious as they seem in the pictures (made with wide-angle lenses).• Breakfast is quite poor for such a rate.• Overall – the hotel is overpriced, could have found a better option around Melbourne.

  : The rent, a cop, security guard hired by the hotel tried to make our kids go to bed at 10 o’clock without telling us that he was telling them to leave the lobby. He was telling us that we were required to have a curfew and we signed a contract in which we didn’t. I think they need a new security service.
