  : We had several issues and its really not even the problems but how the staff handles it! When we came back to the room after having breakfast and before going on a timed tour, our keys didnt work. Neither key that both me and my husband had in different pockets. The front deck person decided that I needed a lecture how to sadly keep the key so that it doesnt reset! Really? When we checked in, the keys werent set either, we had to go back to get them working correctly. I thought that the carpet in the hall was pulled off to get redone, nope - thats how it is. Ugly and dirty. After the tour and before dinner we thought of stepping outside to take a few min to relax and have a beer by the pool. Nope! Trucks started coming in right by the fence idling for a long time. So much for having a beer and relaxing! Wont recommend it at all

  : I wish we had a different experience with staff but they were rude. Breakfast wasnt the best and it felt like your really being watch at how much you can take.
  : Unprofessional staff sheets and towels had stings on them.
