  : The one thing you can always count on is the staff. In my opinion they do their best to make things right. They always are helpful whether it be checking in or out or just needing towels etc. Thank you, Patty, Sean and Danielle and all staff.
  : I was disappointed that after changing to a Hilton that they would remove the breakfast items that were in place. I have stayed at this hotel over 30 times over the last 12 years and they always had a great breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles, cereal and other items to now just having a beagle bar!!! The other issue which has been an ongoing issue is the elevators, those just have to work during a holiday weekend. And lastly the parking, they always had parking across the street if their lot filled up, now you may have to park 1 mile down the road. However, staff would allow you to park in all areas if parking spots were full.

  : The only thing that went well was the A/C and wifi.
  : Well let's start off with the false advertising of daily housekeeping. Then, the nasty pool, we hoped the chlorine would save us. Pool guy only comes once a week per the hotel staff when asked when they were going to clean it. Then someone vomited in the nasty pool and it had to close so they could actually clean the pool. It opened up the next day supposedly clean. The pool guy actually came again and cleaned it again...this is the last time we saw him...and my wife had to get up at the crack of dawn to get one of few chairs at the pool for 7 STORY HOTEL (more false advertising one the website of many more chairs). Then we're trying to enjoy our vacation and the cigarette and marijuana smoke would start, it made my wife sick, so we would have to go inside for a bit (and there were little children inhaling this stuff too). Then there was the radio blaring so everyone was forced to listen to it (that's what I drove 14 hours from Ohio to hear). Never did I see a hotel staff member come out and check on anything. The gate from the beach to the hotel was always open. There were always cigarettes and beer bottle caps on the ground by the chairs when we would come down. I would have fired the manager on the spot. Booking.com led me too believe they were getting us a 50% refund. Then Sparc yesterday charged me the full amount after charging me less on Saturday. Oh then there was free "breakfast", which turned out to be bagels and butter! Our room wasn't fully cleaned for a week, we were lucky to get towels and toilet paper, and told to go to the office and get them. After the pool not being cleaned for days I got an ear infection on our last day in hell. Went to the ER because the pain was so bad, that's when I found out it was an infection. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW!!

  : Absolutely nothing!
  : The parking is terrible, they tell you where to park with your parking pass, and then tow your vehicle and “property expensive” and once you retrieve your vehicle from the tow yard they then tell you to park in a FIRE LANE. This it the property manager Ryan telling his customers to do this. And you WILL GET TOWED BY THIS PROPERTY. And they will say “they will not do anything about it , it’s protocol.” I have videos to prove this review. I do not recommend!

  : Breakfast was good. Simple but good for me. Not a lot of variety. Room was a good size, enjoyed the small balcony. I booked this hotel because it was associated with Hilton.
  : Only one working elevator. Took forever to get elevator. Alot of people were complaining about this including the help. Had to ride the elevator with cleaning staff and their carts.
