  : NO breakfast : Hygiene issues . Still not able to get the invoice haid paid double amount inperson as well as online. This is so much of bad booking expereince ever. When can i get the invoice for what i paid.
  : Cleanliness / punchuality / even after telling multiple times for the room service . I had no service for days. not just happened once but multiple times. How this runs is the worst experience ever.

  : All the room smell like cigarettes the phone didn't work the front desk said that they have do put new line how can that happen bun a hotel that's the first thing that have to work the pool was dirty and they said was renovation do not have something on writing or post that was in renovation the service was bad the girl was very rude and I make my reservation for 2 pm have to wait until 3 the room wasn't clean no towels eather just 1 big one and 2 hand towels and the door off the room was broken the lock on the door wasn't there eather we didn't fell safe we left it's was some kind people saying drugs was homeless people sleeping see lots off people coming in. And out and the exits door all open have a towel to keep them open for anyone to come in that it's not safe for me that's was all my complaints thank you
