  : Didn't know there was a breakfast. Parking was easy although the spaces were so small and close to pillars that it was difficult to open the car doors to get the suitcases out. The second day, I parked in handicapped (with my sticker) which helped tremendously. The beach is gorgeous and not too long of a walk for a person with ambulatory issues.
  : I expected a room with an ocean view as shown in the pictures online when I placed my reservations. I missed the fine print which according to the staff, said an interior studio room. No balcony and only one window overlooking the hallway in front of the room which meant no privacy if you kept the shades open. The room had a 'swallowed whole' feeling of confinement, but we decided to make the best of it and stayed on the beach at and after sunset to enjoy the views. I spoke with another couple, and they had the exact same experience booking with their reservation, what they expected, or were lead to believe, and what actually awaited them when they arrived.The water in the indoor pool was too warm to swim but the pool was lovely.

  : Proximity to the beach and full size refrigerator in the room.
  : The bed was not comfortable, the ceiling fans were covered in dust, there was a layer of dust under the bed, the carpet in the bedroom needs replaced or steam cleaned, the couch wasn’t comfortable and had an odor, the kitchenette had an approx. 3 inch gap at the bottom- it was filled with dust/dirt and some trash. I wasn’t sure how to answer the question about “staff” because everything was done via text- I had made the assumption that this was a “hotel”. There was no outside bar/appetizers available by the pool area. There was an insufficient amount of sun chairs by the pool- the 2 days I did get access to a sun chair, they were dirty and the cushions smelled. We will not be back.
