  : Hosteeva was mostly responsive to our needs and pleasant to work with; the complex/condo is in an excellent location with several eating places and a Publix and two Walmarts within easy driving distance; outstanding views of the beach plus a short walk to get to it.
  : The condo was in serious need of maintenance: the main TV was missing a remote so we could not tune channels, bedroom No. 2's TV was not hooked up and a partially eaten cookie was found behind it, bedroom no. 2's closet door was hanging by only one hinge, the bathroom sink faucet constantly dripped and the toilet ran at various intervals; the bed in the master bedroom was slanted, indicating faulty supports; the HVAC filter was filthy. The cleaning crew therefore should have done a better job. There is a l-o-n-g walk to the condo from the elevators, which will be difficult for those who have difficulty walking like me. But that also means the condo is away from the noise of elevators.
