  : The first room they had us in was horrible. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the AC would not stay on with the constant fan setting and it would not cool now to the setting we had. It kept stopping and restarting multiple times and it had this modern ac panel on top of the old larger ac control. It looked ghetto as hell and it did not work. They should have just replaced it. Thankfully staff didn’t give a problem about changing the room (geeze wonder why?) but all they did was shift us into the room next door. Why couldn’t they have given us the room with the normal ac and normal bed the first time? Now I do have a complaint about the carpet in the second room. It had a trail of blood that was embedded from a previous guest. The hotel even had professional carpet cleaners come in during the second day of our stay to clean the carpets but because we were in our room they had to skip for the time being. But yeah not great seeing a trail of blood from the bed to the bathroom. I can’t believe I’m going to say this but their smoking rooms are in far better condition than their non-smoking rooms. Honest to God the only reason my boyfriend and I come to this place is because it’s familiar to him and it’s on the more affordable side. Otherwise it’s got waaaaay too many issues and needs upgrades

  : The pool was open til about 9pm, the property is beautiful and so are the rooms
  : AC broke, it didnt work, maintenance man came to fix it, it worked for about 10 minutes then broke again. Room 236. It was not too comfortable to sleep. I was too tired to keep bothering with calling the maintenance guy, i kinda slept with the door open to get a cool breeze come in.
