  : The property is located in the nice part of Lacey close to multiple shopping places and restaurants. It is right off the highway and only about a 15 minute drive from JBLM. Water pressure was good and hot but that about sums up the good.
  : Just parking the place looked kinda beaten up. walking it, was not greeted at all. No where on the app did it say I would need $200 in cash as a deposit for my reserved room. Most places do deposits just on your card. So I had to pull money for the room I had already booked. Room didnt really look like the pictures. I spilled water on the floor and I wiped it up with a towel and it was pretty much black. Under the bed had crumbs but luckily no bed bugs. Ended up not staying and checking out a couple hours after checking in. Very weird to just sit in the lobby while the front desk man leaves for 10 minutes to inspect it in order to get my $200 back. I understand you get what you pay for but I would pay more for at minimum a clean room.

  : There was no Breakfast, as advertised. The hot tub was broken down and not working for some time. It was not very clean. Staff was tired. It looks like they let it go, preparing it to become homeless shelter. I would not recommend.

  : WHEN BOOKING, FREE BREAKFAST WAS ADVERTISED-WAS NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO COVID? THE ROOM HAD ALL KINDS OF DRIPPY STAINS ON THE WALLS, CARPET WAS DIRTY, JUST HAD A GROSS FEELING. THE HOT TUB WAS BROKEN AND JUST HAD COLD WATER. VERY DISAPPOINTED

  : Parking availability was great, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, shower was clean, heater worked, elevator worked, etc.
  : The smell of the hallways wasnt quite pleasant, ice machines werent working, fitness center didnt have much equipment, key card wouldnt work sometimes, etc. Also, whenever we asked for clean towels, they never had any.

  : Hotel smelled like horrible. No soaps or shampoo. Advertised breakfast no breakfast. Advertised pool and hot tub was told that they were out of order. Toilet didn't flush. curtains were broken. Was informed that deposit wouldn't be on my card for a week
