  : We loved the shower and the dispensers. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were not. The room was quiet, the a/c worked well. The light blocking curtains were great and reduced heat from outside.
  : Not a fan of having to make a trip to the desk to get coffee, tea, creamer. Not a fan of having to ask for other items we needed for our rooms such as garbage removed, fresh towels. Closet/ wardrobe didn't fit long dresses etc that ironed. Ironing board was so small , it was a challenge. Shampoo , body wash etc was very masculine and strong smelling. Would prefer a fresh herbal , clean smell. We had one tiny bar of soap for the sink . I signed up for Bonvoy or whatever it is and was told we would get 2 bottles of water a day but we had to ask for it every day like everything else. Our room was never cleaned and it said every other day. We were there for 3 days and nights and had to ask for EVERYTHING. NOT a fan. Breakfast was just ok.

  : The entire Staffing. Super attentive and helpful
  : Top floor room where air conditioning units etc were humming / vibrating etc. had a rough nights sleep for 2 day. Thankfully I got my room changed to the 3rd floor

  : I hated the king suite as in the name it was supposed to be a king bed and ours wasn't. And the room was so hot I had the ac running all night to stay cool.
