  : Very clean, really comfortable beds, spacious room, close to everything, very walkable.
  : The one car policy, This needs to be in bold on the opening page of your website.I understand it is due to space restrictions but it is outrageous that this would not be disclosed until AFTER BOOKING A NON REFUNDABLE ROOM!!!! I would never have booked here if I was made aware of this policy, The only options offered were to drive over to RT 1 and pay $50 a day to park at Hutchensons car park, park at the beach for $7 per hour ( 2 days would equal $336.00 and could not confirm if overnight was allowed) or go and drop off the car at the park and ride at the ramp to 95.My adult daughter was meeting us at the Sea Rose after her work shift at 2am so you could imagine none of that would have worked for us.

  : The hotel was satisfactory for a family trip with my two young children and husband. Access to both pools and the parking lot were a nice touch.
  : The beds were extremely uncomfortable and creaked with every slight movement. The location of the hotel is not ideal as it is equi distance to both towns- Oqunquit and Perkins Cove. The hotel is extremely far from Ogunquit beach and it costs a heavy price to park at the beach for the day.

  : The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They cancelled out second night without hesitation or penalty.
  : The room was in another building across the street from the parking and the indoor pool, and the room was on the second floor. So we had to drag our luggage across the street and up the stairs with two kids. And we didn't get to use the pool either as it was too impractical in the cold weather. Also we expected two Queen beds but ended up with a Queen bed and two single sofa beds.
