  : The complex is lovely and right on the beach, but the unit is not beach facing. You are more likely to hear the train than see the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is updated and the microwave was usable.
  : The unit itself was unclean and poorly maintained. We spent time cleaning the trash can area, kitchen counters, utensils. pans, as well as the dining table and chairs that were sticky and covered in crumbs. We used a sheet to cover the sofa that had a stain, and came to find that the sheet also had a stain. The patio was tight and used for surf boards and chairs, which we chose not to pay an additional amount to rent during our stay. At the very least this unit needs a new stove, fresh paint, and new sheets and towels (thankfully we brought our own beach towels) as well as a thorough cleaning which was attempted to be masked by an overwhelming amount of Febreeze.

  : Great location, very beautiful condo area and amenities. Nice room, very pretty.
  : Kitchen could have been better stocked, such as spatulas, larger frying pan, etc. Kitchen trash can was tiny.
