  : The location of the hotel was perfect. The water pressure was amazing!!
  : Their was no wifi the whole entire weekend. We reserved private parking and never got that, we also got late check- in + late check out, and it wasn't promised. It said we had an ocean 5 it was just a little corner of the ocean where we could barely see it.

  : Staff seemed overworked, overwhelmed which in turn made them rude. Asked for towels twice, called the front desk and no answer, go down there and both staff are on their phones.

  : Air conditioner was broken. There were not enough towels and linens in the room. No blankets, sheets, or pillows for the pull out couch.I was told maintenance would fix it the air conditioner. They never came. They said they would give us a different room and did not. Then they said they would bring a portable air conditioner and never came back after that. I called the front desk multiple times during the night and no one ever answered the phone. We ended up packing up and leaving at 4 am because it was so hot in the room and we couldn't sleep. I was told that their system was down and I could not get a refund without the manager's authorization. I am still trying to get a refund. I have called the property 20+ times today. Either I get put on hold forever and then hung up on or they take a message and tell me the manager will call me back. When I just called again I was told the manager was gone for the day and no one one property has authority to refund me anything. This is a privately owned hotel so there is no other number to call.
