  : Booking and communication regarding check in and what to expect was very good. Home was spacious and there were lots of restaurants, shopping and activities to enjoy close by. Having a grocery store so very close was convenient for stocking up for our visit. We appreciated that home is pet friendly, yet fairly clean and odor free. Enjoyed the back screened porch for reading.
  : The home could have been cleaner. Bathroom, towels, sheets were all clean. Coffee maker had been used but not cleaned out. First level tile floors were a bit sandy but did not appear to be otherwise dirty. Carpets on second level were stained - maybe not surprising since pet friendly, but spot cleaning could have been done. The keys (front door, screen doors, pool) were not marked causing confusion. Outlets in master bath and some in other rooms do not work. Prior visitor unscrewed light bulb in lamp in master bedroom on long dresser because it cannot be turned off with its switch. While Adirondack chairs on the deck off of the master bedroom were fine, the lounge chairs were dirty.
