: lights didn't work, kitchen very dirty, floors were so dirty our feet were black at the end of the day, sink in bathroom didnt drain well, tv in second bedroom didnt work, missing remote for ceiling fan, coffee filter was torn so got coffee grounds in my coffee pot,

: Apartment was nicely decorated and beds y comfortable.
: TV, come on no live TV. You pay top dollar for location and you can't even watch the local news or national sporting events.Also not many dishes for 9 people. We had to run dishwasher after every meal

: Tub jets didnt work, dryer heating took 3 cycles to dry clothes, sound system didnt work, tv in living room not smart/old, bed linens and mattresses are cheap/bottom dollar, no ice maker in fridge, hot water flow was low.

: Great location. The colors of the walls were bright and vibrant. Great space for the size of our family, great view of the ocean. It was nice for them to leave puzzles and beach toys for the kids also.
: As soon as we entered the property we noticed that there was a large bag of dirty linens that had never been picked up by housekeeping, which was very disheartening. Later that evening, when we went to load the dishwasher, we noticed that there was still a lot of dishes in the dishwasher that had never been washed by the previous guests. Also the showers looked as if they had not been recently cleaned so I called and complained. After that we were a bit apprehensive about our time there. The living room couches probably have never been shampooed either and there was absolutely no reason to have bathroom mats left over in the bathroom. Who knows if they have ever been cleaned.
