  : Noisy guests, hanging around outside the window late at night.

  : The property itself was nice. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but it wasn’t too bad. The room was clean and the pool was great. Close to food/stores and only a couple mins drive away from the beach/boardwalk.
  : We had an unexpected death in the family and the funeral services happened to be the same time as our trip. Even though the listing said “flexible rescheduling”, neither the hotel or booking.com would work with us at all to move our dates. We were willing to provide a death certificate and pay the difference in cost to change the dates but they refused. The hotel was very hard to get ahold of and we had to call several times before someone would answer the phone. We asked to speak to a manager but never was able to. We ended up going for only 1 of our 3 nights trip so our $600 trip wouldn’t be a total loss.
