  : The 2nd room they put us in was nice the pool was nice and the staff was friendly
  : We told front desk early in the morning after our 1st night that our room smelled heavily of perfume like someone had broke a bottle in there , the one manager told us that they would give us an "upgrade" we were already in a huge corner king room . The other front desk person told us we needed to wait till after 3 pm to move the room cause they were "fully booked " with only 3 housekeepers on so finally they had our new room ready which they went to give us keys and it was on the same floor we already were on ans we knew that room was ready way earlier than 3 since rhe housekeeper was already completed on that floor hours before knowing that the room we were currently in was making us very sick between our allergies and the headache we were getting from this horrible perfume smell , so they give us a key and the room is smaller than the one we were in so we had to say to them this is supposed to be an upgrade not a smaller room so they sent us to the fourth floor after some discussion to a one bedroom suite a very nice upgrade but after talking to the new person at the front desk that room wasn't rented the night before therefore it was ready long before 3 pm I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for this stay and will be working with booking.com.for a full refund especially since we started moving all.our stiff from one room to another and we had forgotten a couple.of things matters of Mayne 10 minutes tops so we ran back downstairs to get our forgotten items and the housekeeper who had just entered the room.less than 10 minutes before to clean our old room.was already done "cleaning" yet our things were still in there so did she actually clean it did she change the sheets wash the tub and toilet sink ect I dont think so and the room was still filled with perfume smell and they were just gonna rent that room out like that again .
