  : When we arrived at 9:45 PM on November 16, the outside doors were locked. My family and I including my 1 year old grandson had to sit in the car for over an hr. The weather Sunday night was extremely windy and cold. I was extremely frustrated and aggrevated. I didn't know that we needed a key card to get into the building. I tried texting and calling the numbers that were provided to me via email. I didn't receive a text back. We happened to see a security guard driving threw the parking lot. Security Guard was kind enough and opened the outside doors for us. I received a call back from the 24 hr service at the same time as the security guard was letting us in the building. I spoke with Carrie and another gentlemen from Turnkey and explained to them what had happened. There should have been a key left with maintenance or some person that would have been able to let me in the building. I should not have had to sit in my car for over an hr. not knowing when and how I was going to get into the building. As o stated before I had s 1 year old boy in the car tired and extremely cranky. My vacation with my family should have never started out with stress. I think Turnkey should provide a less stressful way of checking in.
