: The property is in a location that’s secluded. One wrong turn you’re in the ghetto
: It was dirty. Definitely had to go buy cleaning products, it’s time for the carpet to come up and get that wood paneling, hair in the showers. Stains on the furniture and walls. It was just gross. The bathroom small stains in the toilet. I bought new sheets so I spent 100 more than I should have bc it was nasty. I cringed thru the night.

: There's a used towel under the curtain that the housekeeper didn't notice, and when I informed a woman Jxxx at the front desk, she seemed indifferent and didn't even apologize for it. Lack of passion for her work shouldn't mean customers have to suffer. Overall, it was a bad experience at this hotel.

: Facility is nice. This was our second stay at this hotel. 1st time was great...This stay was a lot different form our last stay here over a year ago.
: My room was filthy and dirty. Had to clean out the shower before we could use it. Towels did not smell fresh at all. Bed and comforter had makeup all over it and appeared to not have been cleaned and or washed in some time. Overall room appeared to be dirty. Floors were sticky in some areas as if something had been spilled. This place has definitely change since our last stay here. We were placed on the fifth floor but the noise was really bad throughout the night of people coming and going and slamming doors. Told the hotel staff when we checked out about our issues and she was totally distracted talking to some other employee. I guess we were not taken seriously as we are very nice and understanding...
