  : I like the location and how it look.
  : It's not handicap friendly. My husband has limited walking or standing. So I used the valet area to go ck us in. I felt the valet wanted us to move on. I did leave the key incase they needed to pull the car up. Get in the escalator going down was broke or shut off. Parking is in the parking deck for the hotel and the three restaurants it has as well. Was told at ck out they would email me something to scan in / out of the parking ( didn't get until the next day) went back to let them know and this person just gave me a hard copy that I could use ( for us much better). Would be nice to have a bench outside for people who may need to wait for their car to come get them especially if you don't use the valet staff. It was difficult for us to manager with all the walking in parking deck and coming into the hotel from back entrance for us. It's made for people with no deficits/ limited abilities.

  : Room was clean, sheets and towels seems new.
  : Ac, is the worst, customer service sucked, didn’t do anything about the AC complaints for 2 consecutive nights, nobody didn’t check how we can make our stay comfortable when being confronted.

  : Staff didn't mention using room cards to use elevator, no information on what parking garage to use, room charges $20 per day for parking garage but garage is open to public for $13 per day. Curtains did not block any sunlight so it was impossible to sleep past 6 AM., hotel restaurant not equipped to handle large parties. Room was much smaller than normal rooms. Poor lighting in rooms.

  : The valley service was very professional. The bell staff was very professional, but the wait time was extremely long on 1 day.

  : I Loved the staff, the restaurants, the art work, the variety, and the location. This was not my first time, I will return again but probably only in the corner rooms that have nice showers.
  : The bathroom tub in executive room 2117 was not the cleanest and very outdated. The executive rooms should have a modern large clean tub shower combo or just the modern sleek stand up showers like you have installed in the corner rooms . Next time I will be reluctant to pay extra to stay in executive suite if I have to settle for a mediocre bathing atmosphere.

  : I had a very nice and spacious corner room, overlooking the harbour. The hotel has several options for food and beverages and the bar on the first floor is quite lively although not noisy. Very central location and convenient to walk around the city.
  : nothing much. Only the bathroom I found it a little bit too essential.

  : They overcharged me for a room I canceled out on 4 days before I get there and charge me for two rooms

  : There were two consecutive days when our rooms were not cleaned on time. We were forced to wait in the lobby with four children for six and a half hours while they attempted to resolve the issue.
