  : They advertised a spa tub, there wasn't one. The sea lions were awful and we could not sleep. They provided ear plugs

  : The view of boats is very interesting.Really like the decor and design choices. Having the TV out of sight was super. Nice window treatment for curtains.’ We appreciated the heads up regarding parking or the lack thereof. The sea lions did not bother us. They were cool and not that loud when you have the window closed. It was fun having them as neighbors.
  : No faucet handle and no one locally to call that we could figure out.Had no clue that there would be 20 steep stairs without an elevator to get to the apartment. No convenience at all regarding self service of any food. No counter space or table. The microwave is too high. I read somewhere that this would have a “kitchenette.” It for sure is not that. I don’t think any of this would have bothered us so much if we had not paid top dollar. High rates make one expect better quality of service.

  : We booked one room online through Bookings.com and was given an entirely different room when we arrived. The TV didn't work, the fireplace wouldn't turn off and it was very hot in the room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the sea-lions DONT STOP BARKING EVER!!!. 24 HOURS A DAY.
