  : It has a nice minimalistic modern decoration. There was a problem with the bathroom window and refrigerator that were fix very quickly.
  : It is an ugly building with very narrow an dingy stairs, no elevator and very dirty. The bed was small (full size which for 2 people should have been at least queen size) with dirty sheets and stained cover, but there were clean sheet replacements. The kitchen doesn't have microwave, dishwasher nor smoke extractor, so it is a mess if you cook. The bathroom wasn't clean well, with hairs on the floor and tub and needs and deep cleaning, including the tiles. I had to buy a toilet brush.

  : Started contacting property 2 months prior to stay, due to flight cancelled as per COVID situation. I have asked for cancellation or flexibility on changing the dates. NO flexibility showed despite global pandemic! Since the flight has been cancelled, I’ve lost over £900 on this property booking! Flexibility with changing the days would be more than reasonable - but not with this company

YOU ARE STAYING IN A CORPORATE RENTAL AS A GUEST OF SoBeNY.DO NOT MAKE LOUD NOISE WITHIN THE BUILDING.DO NOT SMOKE IN OR AROUND THE BUILDING.

  : Terrible attitude of staff towards customers.Unlucky to be in this apartment during the outbreak of the coronavirus epidemic. The measures taken by the administration of the building were directed against non-residents staying in the building and we were forced to leave the premises after living there only half the paid term and looking for new housing in the city in an emergency. Nobody returned the money for the remaining period, although they promised to return it from day to day during a half of month. When contacting technical support, the owners of the apartment accused the guests of lying and pretended that the clients did not experience any problems with entering the building. Very ashamed and sorry that at such a time the owners tried to avoid responsibility and so disrespectfully treated the guests. Money is not a pity, but the human attitude was offensive and humiliating. On my birthday, I, with a suitcase in a foreign country and without money for new housing during the epidemic, was left without apartment, for which I paid and was humiliated and charged with falsification.(According to the rules, you cannot contact neighbors, residents in elevators and the administration of the building or fines up to 25% will be charged from you. You cannot order packages and receive mails at this address. If you check in earlier, even for half an hour and the keys are already in the box, you still can’t get them earlier, even if the apartment is ready and should be expected on the street with suitcases. You cannot move furniture in the room according to the rules, and they are located uncomfortably. The wooden flooring in the apartment is very slippery, you need to step on it very carefully, once fell just leaving the kitchen).

  : The apt has the all bare necessities you might need.
  : The apt was not very clean there were dust balls under the furniture, the blinds looks liked they haven't been cleaned in years, some of the light switches didn't work. I had to extend my stay and .still waiting on receiving and updated invoice.

  : I liked that the property was easily accessible to work, restaurants, things to do.
  : I didn’t like that the toilet was not clean, the refrigerator had a water leak inside. It was a walk up the 3 floors. I wish I would’ve known that since I had 2 heavy pieces of luggage.
