  : The room was nice and clean, loved that we were next to the elevator. Calling the front desk, the worker was pleasant and friendly. Overall, stay at this hotel was nice and in a good location. Great view from the window.

  : The facility needs updating! My bed was broken prior to my stay. Looking at it, it had a severe lean. However, housekeeping kept making the bed as if it was all good.

  : Location, as advertised, was perfect. The door opens almost directly to the Times square, very convenient to explore the city , you can come back for a quick rest between the walks which is sometimes tiring. Room showed some sign of age but well maintained. Quiet. The room does not have bridge but ice machine was placed near the elevator, we could make our own cold drink anytime or even chill the water bottle before going out to the heat of the day agian. Not super cheap, but reasonably priced hotel in the best of location.
  : Nothing. Uh, the check in process took some time, like 20minutes. You can avoid that if you check in away from the busiest time (3-4pm). The hotel offers free & easy luggage storage service before & without check in. Coming back a little later like 5pm you probably won't see long check in queue any more.

Disappointing

  : It’s shabby and a poor value for the cost. Our room was clean, but one of the lamps had the off-on button missing. The bathtub had peeling and chipped porcelain, and the light switch was sideways. For $450/day, I’d like a mini fridge and maybe a fan in the bathroom. The room said that breakfast was included, but it turned out that meant waiting in line for 30 minutes to get over priced muffins and juice from Grind & Co off the lobby. And then you needed to take that back to your room because there’s no eating area off the lobby. It also took 45 minutes to check in due to poor staffing.
