  : A very friendly hotel with modern decor and very well appointed compact rooms. The location is ideal for a tourist trip to Manhattan. We stayed 7 nights and walked to most of the sights.The staff were all very upbeat and helpful. Love that all toiletries and hairdryer are provided. It helps with the packaging!

  : You don't get this level of personalized attention in Manhattan. Trust me, I've been in Manhattan many times, and this is probably the first time I am treated with so much respect, consideration, and kindness. The hotel is new and you can tell, cosy, elegant, and as comfortable as 16m2 rooms can be. You're not going to be splurging in a wealth of space, but the proess of its designers in crafting suitable spaces to live in spite of the size limitation is certainly remarkable. The views are simply astonishing, the amenities are lavishly chosen, the lobby is beautiful and spacious, and there's a trendy bar which serves the most delicious drinks I've had in a while. Last but not least: a new automated lift system by means of which you never have to wait for the elevator, barely share it with anyone else, and always (by definition) travel point to point (you don't go your ride hopping on and off different stories, but instead you are lift directly to your room and vice versa).
  : Small details, no show stoppers. I need to make an effort to think of an issue or downside of this hotel. I'd say the airco was difficult to regulate at times, not a show stopper as you can open the window. And although the isolation is in general very good, you will hear some doors slamming here and there during the evening, which I tended to regars as inevitable in large size hotels.

  : Hefty resort fee for basically no added amenities. No good view, not an interesting location, crummy street to be located on, lots of deferred maintenance in the room for which we had to call the repair guy. Not forthcoming w/ helpful info for tourists.
