  : Well located, all kitchen utensils working, well decorated.
  : The security protocol is cumbersome . Also forms to fill up before arrival are confusing and redundant(I kept receiving mails asking for the same information and threatening me with not providing the entrance codes). Also if you rent a unit facing the street the noise is unbearable. YOU NEED TO BOOK THE REAR UNITS.Also the sheets were extremely worn out. It was almost an insult.

  : No shower curtain, no water press coming out of the kitchen sink, not enough towels and the ones they had were old and rough.

  : The easiness of check-in and communication with management was the highlight of our stay. Bryce helped us with everything we needed and beyond which made us feel very welcomed and safe. The apartment was cozy and silent, considering we were on busy 1st Av. The amenities of the place are all you need for a longer stay and free WiFi was a great bonus. The location is excellent, with access to great local restaurants, coffee shops (try Oslo around the corner!), and laundry options.Our apartment was on 4th floor with no lift, which we did not mind at all and in fact, on our 2nd day we got offered to relocate to 1st floor (which we did not at the end). But I think it is worth mentioning for people with limited mobility.
  : The steamy (noisy) radioators were something we had to get used to.

  : Comfortable bed. Spacious studio. Good location. Sunny. Price not bad for New York.
  : Building shabby. No elevator. We were on the 4th floor and carrying bags up was very difficult. This was not mentioned in apt. details, at least that we could see. Common areas dirty. Bad smell in building, like garbage and restaurant stale cooking oil. No water pressure in shower. Rusty fire escape outside window. No cleaning supplies, we bought some, like sponges. Broken towel bar in bathroom.

  : The apartment is well organized and furnished , position is strategic and the area is cute.
  : Very noisy since is facing the street( 1 avenue) with a lot of traffic, day and night ! I saw two MICE running around in the apartment early in the morning , I immediately contacted the staff, they told me not to worries but they didn’t send anyone during the day, they didn’t proposed an alternative place to stay , I tried to call them several times, messages, severals numbers but no reply! Late in the afternoon I got a message saying that the exterminator was planned to the morning after ( day of my checkout ) !! So ... I spent the night with company (MICE)
