  : I stated on the first floor. The first floor the tv was not working so I was moved to a second room. This is the second time this has happen to me . The second room I was moved to was terrible. The bathroom was horrible and the door dragged the floor when trying to close. I always stay here because i like the location. But this trip was the worse.

  : A bad personnal , a « fitness center » who is not clean and broke. A bathroom who are not clean, we have just a warm water, so its dangerous.

  : Nothing at all, staff was very rude and unwelcoming to tourist.
  : Being profiled, harassed, pictures taken of me in a way to intimidate me by security personnel all because I wasn't from the area. He was rude, nasty, and talked about me for no reason to other staff and people coming in. I was there on a buisness trip, and by my "weird appearance" his exact words , it was presumed I didn't have a room there .. So he asked me for my room number, After finding out in fact did I have a room there he still never apologized and acted as if he had a personal vendetta.. I actually work for a lovely company, I was aggressively approached as a solo-female traveler, Not to mention he had a gun on his hip,.. My coworker was actually on the phone with me. He said "when weird people walk around the hotel customers may not want to come in". Respectfully; I have 6 coworkers coming to visit New Orleans . I'd make sure to not recommend this place , also This is a 2-star hotel... So confused on how I looked weird when It's some people staying with welfare vouchers... I paid in cash, lol 5 nights... Fitness center didn't have not one machine that worked . Also, Everyday for breakfast waa bagels. boiled eggs , and yogurt.. However staff didn't have a problem eating biscuit sausages in front of everyone from the refrigerator.. I'm so confused how my "appearance" made the hotel look bad when they didn't need my help to do that at all. Rooms reeked and smelled. Signed - 3 year travel advisor/critic. "weirdo".

  : Nice comfortable room and bed, enjoy the pool and breakfast. Park our car in gated parking.
