  : Very nice restaurant but for dinner only. The small bar in the restaurant had nice atmosphere. It's an old New England hotel, but it is kept up well, and clean. Not fancy but simple and comfortable.
  : The breakfast was pretty weak, but the Keurig coffee was strong. It was just some pastries, pretty tastless. Don't plan on staying out late, the few restaurants and shops close about 9:30.

  : Carpet in room was very dirty and an eyesore. Furniture dusty and worn. Blanket throw worn and questioned if clean. Bed was ok. Amenities lacking. One tiny bar of soap. no shower cap. Poor lighting. Too dated. Felt old and dirty. Very nice staff made it a better stay.

  : The public areas are charming, indoor and out. The front desk staff are very friendly. The room was spotlessly clean which isn't always easy in an old building. Air conditioner in window.
  : The room (38) was not as pictured on the websites. We knew the room would be pretty basic, but it did meet even modest standards. On the plus side, it was perfectly clean. There was no bedspread, coverlet, etc. on the bed. Just a sheet on top, a summer weight cotton blanket underneath the top sheet, a very ratty-looking, pilly throw blanket at the foot of the bed. They usually put a runner at the foot of their beds, but they'd be better off putting nothing on it than these worn out lap blankets. There were 2 beds in the room, but only 1 blanket in the closet. At our request, they sent a 2nd blanket. On the walls, there were just 2 bare hooks where paintings used to be. The mattresses were uneven, kind of sagging and not comfortable. After checking out, the inn sent the standard questionnaire and asked us to contact them directly if there were negative comments. I did that, rather than post something publicly, a week ago and never heard back. So, buyer beware.

  : Pretty little Inn with beautiful settings in and out~ very New England style. Restaurant on the ground floor is amusing. Staffs are friends and welcoming. The food is delicious. There is a little art gallery on the ground floor. My room size is in good size and the bed is very comfortable. The shower water is hot enough to relax my tiring muscle which is really great.
