  : the facility seems was okay and should be okay still if maintained properly. Unfortunately, seems to be not the case
  : Room has smell, AC not working, hot all night and loud, slow filling water in the toilet bowl, sink dirty. Door dont shut completely so make sure u always put the top lock.

  : the pool was enjoyable, the showers were hot and the staff was great
  : bed was too hard, the walls were thin between the rooms and between the hallway and the room as well. false advertising on how spacious the pool looked in pictures. pool is tiny!!the breakfast was very limited, the coffee creamer and cream cheese weren’t on any ice and the coffee creamer had chunks in it. the glass doors desperately needed to be clean.

  : No a/c in 90+ degree weather.spoje with front desk about issue and he gave me a box fan stating the a/c unit was messed up. But the lobby was cold. It was hotter in the room than outside. Asked for refund. Front desk clerk stated I would get full refund. Here it is almost a month later no refund

  : 1. There were roaches in my daughter's bed.2. Upon notifying your staff we were quickly put in a new room,, but that was just the beginning. Feeling itchy and disgusted we doubled checked the bed and found the attached item wedged better the mattress and box spring. Which seemed to be there for what I could only guess was months. So, I asked for another room, since bugs in the bed was an issue with our first room and I thought this would be a no brainer. But at last, I could not be more wrong. Your night time staff member that was so quick to have us change rooms came back and said that management said they could not accommodate this request and would not allow me to talk directly with them.3. At which point I decided to check out only to be told that he could not check us out because there was now $111 hold on my account. Now I was truly upset and that only enraged your staff member that offered to call police.By this point I was not happy, finding bugs in the room more than disgusted me and the idea of how I would contain this from getting in my home took over. Which I might add is never an idea one has when checking into a hotel.

  : I think they liked the pool.
  : We didn't like a wide variety of things. Small red bugs on tables where breakfast was. They are also in drink machine. Ants(red) all over counters and walls. The ants got on our stuff and we spent the car ride home, capturing them. Low water pressure in toilets-had to fill bucket with water and pour to get toilet to flush. Wedding party blasting loud music and kids running up and down hallways way past midnight. They left trash outside, in the hallways. Microwave jiggles and clicks.
