  : Interactions with the staff during the booking and during check in were terrible. There were several issues including charging a guest for a room that was clearly pre-paid for. Just terrible. I will be sending a message to the GM...it was that bad.
  : Very low standard of excellence when it comes to doing right by and for the customer. Multiple instances where I was misinformed. Given a wrong email address -TWICE! Told to call the reservation desk to resolve a booking issue and no one answered for more than 15 minutes, nor was I ever able to leave a message. The front desk Agent Ron was unprofessional and literally told me to 'calm down' when i told him that my room was already paid for. Mind you he had all of the information from the third party and still chose to charge my guest again. And he admitted that he say it was paid for! Unbelievable. He should not be interfacing with customers..
