  : The place was filthy. We had to move to a hotel as it was not fit to stay in. There was dirt, including liquid splatters, and staining all over the walls, dead bugs on the inside window ledges. Finger and hand prints on the glass table and doors. The bathroom walls and baseboards were covered in dirt and crud and there was dust all across the top of one of the headboards. I've not seen this with any other Booking.com reservation.

  : Location was decent. Kitchen was nice. Building was secure. Bedrooms were nice size. Luggage racks in each was a nice perk.
  : Flat was not very clean. Every rug had multiple stains. Couch was stained. Walls were a MESS. Curtains especially near kitchen were gross. Beds were hard & very uncomfortable. Bathrooms near tp dispensers had stains that looked like blood. Had to call Sonder to receive code to get onto rooftop space. Top floor had old trash in the trash can & the whole floor stunk from it.

  : Master bedroom ensuite was huge whilst other guests had to share very small bathroom.The space could have been utilised better with every bedroom having small ensuite.

  : Location was OK, usually less than $10 in a cab to the town centre. Very spacey. All appliances, coffee filter machine ok as well.
  : Code changed when we arrived, fortunately we had data or we wouldn'thave known, and the code for the upstairs terrace was different to the room code.

  : Huge property with lots of living space. Very nice and clean and well maintained. The staff were really nice and helped with all our requests and questions. Stayed in a 5* hotel afterwards and actually preferred the apartment as it was value for money.
  : Would have been nice to see some basics provided to remove the first day of settling in stres: Milk/Bread/Cheese/Fruit/Juice/snacks even if it's added to price or as an option... something to maybe ask guests stay before if that can help. Not a negative but something that could add to the overall service and experience. The Master bedroom needs some blinds as the lighting/sound from below/outside peaks through... no fault of host but the 5am morning train horn/bells can be fairly loud if you were not expecting to hear them.

  : The size was great and location wasn't bad. The unit however was very dirty and with extremely limited items in the kitchen area. Don't even consider contacting anyone bc they are completely unable to help.
  : The unit has bedbugs and when informing the company it seemed like the absolute last of their priorities as literally nothing happened. It's also pretty dirty throughout and has mold in numerous locations.
