  : I love the fact that it's a nice hotel in a nice location. It's not too far from things.
  : I didn't like the staff attitude. One of the women staff had an attitude because they gave my room to someone else and gave me a room that they do they meetings in. And I couldn't use the room because I had my 2 kids with me. They gave me another room with someone else personal things in it. It seems like someone was staying in the room. Also the last room they gave me smelled bad when walking in, stains on the couch, stains on the bed , the floor was wet etc.and she tossed the key on the counter to me instead of putting it in my hand or just simply laying it down. This is my 2nd time booking the same hotel. My 1st time I didn't have any problems at all. Please train your staff better because how you mad at me because I couldn't use that room yall wanted me to have with no couch , no tv etc just a big open space ? I wanted what I booked ahead for and what I paid for, so why give me a problem?

  : Ok. Bunch of crap you haft to park and pay for your breakfast. Parking was never told I would be charged for it. And don’t book with booking of your not certain. You won’t get your money back.

  : It frustrates me when hotels charge a parking fee especially when it is not a downtown facility. It seem like a way to create the appearance of a lower room rate. In this case it was $16 per day.

  : The property was nice and clean.
  : When I arrived the hotel let me know that Booking.com canceled 2-of my rooms instead of the 1 I-room requested to be cancelled. I then had to get another room. For my brother and his family of four a king room with one bed!!! This is totally unacceptable! I sent 2 communication through the app on Saturday with no response/explanation from Booking.com!!!!

  : I like that I couldn't hear the neighbors upstairs or next door. I like that the room had separate living area from bedroom area. The pillows and blankets on the bed were comfortable. I like that it was a gated parking lot, but there was easy access to vagrants walking on the road.
  : The bathroom was dirty - why does no one ever clean the back of the bathroom door? This alone gives me no confidence my room was "sanitized" before my arrival. The furniture in the living area was also dirty, like months of dirty handprints on the arms of the chair and couch. I wouldn't even sit in them.
