  : It was close to the Beach. Size of cottage was decent.
  : It' was run down and shower drips. No staff. Had to call to get code to check in and take our trash out.

  : Floors were sandy and there was no vacuum to clean up only a broom. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Tv could barely be heard over the low setting on the ac. Shower was way too small for a normal person.

  : Beds were horrible with lumpy valleys and should have been replaced. Entire property needed sand removed from the area. could not use steps to the beach. steps and porch to cottage deep in sand. our parking spaces covered in deep sand. trash under beds, never vacuumed. really an old run down property.

  : Extremely close to the beach , had a Gazebo area at the top of the dune. Close to restaurants and putt putt , I highly recommend the downeast river sunset cruise out of manteo. The place could definitely do with an upgrade in the beds / mattresses. One was decent but the second mattress felt more like a camp bed. It could also do with more lights it was dark in the room . But other that , its what it is , an affordable stay on the beach.
  : Mattress definitely and lighting , its very dark. And perhaps a vent in the bathroom.
