  : Lots of parking and jacuzzi bath tub
  : Where to begin. First the whole facility smells like a sewer.The whole building has leaks.Checkin is split between so many emails that its unclear.Speaking of unclear the code to enter the area to get to the room is several numbers and THAN the room code is 10 digits.Room 440 is the smallest hotel room I have EVER seen. You have a total of like 10 feet of free space in the entire room including surrounding the bed.Comforter and sheets had stains on them luckily we read previous reviews before leaving and brought our own.The hair dryer does not work.The tv channels are unbearably confusing.When we got to the room under our kitchen sink was flooded and the silverware tray was full of sitting dirty water so we never used them.Some of the outlets did not work.

  : Didn't receive access codes. Walked around, with suitcases, trying to find unit. When I called to obtain code, was only given 1 code; unit had 2 doors. Bed sheets did not fit bed at all.

  : Sheets did not fit the bed. There was hair in the bathtub. One of the glass doors to the balcony was dirty and foggy. Did not receive the first door code to be able to get to the actual door of the room. Had to call an after hours number to get the code.

  : The only positive thing I can say about this property is the distance from the hotel to the beach, which is literally like 1 or 2 minutes. The pool and hot tub were amazing.
  : Where do I startI will first complain about the 2 lock box codes that was supposed to be provided to me on advance. I received only 1 code making my first night miserable. I also did not like the fact that even though I booked my room through Booking.com, a private seller, the staff on site did not have me anywhere in the system. I think that should be changed. Next, I did not like the fact the room had no iron for clothes. There was an ironing board but no iron. The sheets were not clean. I would also say that I was not impressed with the size of the room.

  : the room was way smaller that pictured, there was clothes left from the people before us , the bed was horrible, the slider door is horrible you cant see out of it , it was not cleaned well at all.
