  : There was animal hair on the sectional couch. Brown chair also had animal hair, the pull out bed had stains on it. TV in bedroom was leaning off the wall, so never turned it on. It was so stuffy in the whole place. Not enough elevators..

  : The room was itself was very satisfactory. Good TV's and comfortable sleep.
  : It was very unfortunate how the balcony wouldn't open and we couldn't access it. It was the overall let down of having a ocean view and not being able to access the balcony that was paid for.

  : Couldn't get coffee they had a Starbucks setup went to get coffee and it said that I needed a wristband so me and my daughter went back to the room and got a wristband that we had up there then they fit if not the right color wristband they can't give it to us because we didn't have an orange wrist then I asked how could we get it and they said we couldn't get one because we both through booking.com so we weren't able to get coffee off the facility and I couldn't believe that they were turning down a few. Then one of the workers who have come in from the stairwells to swing open the door not being cautious of anyone who could be by the door or coming through or whatever and she phoned the door open and hit my daughter and end up coughing a scratch on her arm she did apologize but she did it jokingly it wasn't like sincere or nothing
