  : The only interaction that went well was the first interaction with the lady at the front left desk around 1pm 7/20/24. The rest of the staff were very rude and impatient. The location was decent in regards oceanfront, but horrible for family with kids having to go back and forth between buildings for the front desk, which was needed more times than necessary during a hotel visit here.
  : Horrible staff. I didn’t like how the staff spoke in person nor over the phone. They were rude and impatient. Requested towels twice and did not get them either time until I went and personally grabbed some. The issue with CrowdStrike apparently affected the hotel and my key and lock would not work. I have a wife and 2 kids and an infant with us, and it is obviously very hot on the beach. It was a huge inconvenience to keep waiting at our door over 15 minutes each time, and waiting for maintenance and then having to walk a 8-10 minute round trip to the front desk to “have new keys made” — which ended up not working either. This occurred over 6 times. And I stated to them early on that I have a heart condition. They did not move us or refund me. They wouldn’t even give me a late checkout after all the time they stole from me waiting to get into our room. Very uncomfortable and inconvenient experience.
