  : Everything was clean, the room was nice, & the staff was nice as well, breakfast was good.
  : My only complaint was the shower leaked onto the floor, other than that everything was very nice.

  : When we arrived the staff was trying to chase a mouse out of the lobby. Our 1st room smelled like cigarettes, we asked to change and we were able to get a new room. The second room was dirty, there was hair in the beds, stains on the sheets and we never did take our shoes off because the floors were so dirty. The carpet was frayed on the edge and a trip hazard, it also had something like wax spilled on it in the area between the beds. The bathroom was dirty. We did NOT feel comfortable staying but was exhausted so we did. We did not use the shower or towels because we did not feel comfortable. In the morning the breakfast area was really dirty and I could see into the area where the staff was microwaving food items, it was also really dirty and gross looking. I told the woman at the front desk about how gross the room was and she said a manager would call me, of course no one ever did.
