  : Swimming pool and jacuzzi were freezing cold, so we could not use them. Fresh juices ($16 a shot) were not part of included breakfast. Lunch and dinner ($50/$60) were pre-fixed only, no ‘a la carte’. The only walking trail was just 0.5 mile long. Monday’s yoga instructor was mediocre, offering just basic stretches and checking her phone throughout the class. The rest of Monday classes were canceled.

  : YO1 allowed me to rejuvenate my mind, body and spirit. With hot tub, swimming pool. I stayed five days/four nights Sunday, 5/26 - Thursday, 5/30). Front gate security, I felt safe on the property. The front desk staff were really helpful, pleasant and friendly. Excellent service, with very helpful and responsive staff (Trish, Gia, and Jason). You could tell that this position comes from the heart - it takes a 'special' kind of individual, this is not just for anyone. The Chef preparation which can be variable, food was reliably good, meal after meal. I'm really not that hard to please but they thought of everything. I returned home feeling happier, healthier and revitalized after my visit.

  : Considering this is a wellness location, the breakfast was fairly standard for a regular hotel. Lots of sweets and fried food, not a lot of healthy options other than fruit and undercooked eggs with a few vegetables.
  : Chef was arguing with the waiter using expletives during lunch

  : The King room was spacious and the bathroom was large with a great shower and bidet. The personal balcony was welcome and private.
  : The man at the gate to enter the property was rude. The walk from the parking lot up to the rooms is long. There is no television in the bedroom. The cable television channel selections were extremely poor. There is basic cable, nothing else. NO movie (HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax) or streaming subscription channels (Netflix, Paramount Plus) whatsoever. I couldn’t even log in to my personal Netflix account to stream movies to the television. Terrible.

  : Just stay away from this place !!! If you want relaxing spa weekend you won’t get it. The whole place feels like a ghost town . It’s huge and uninviting. stuff seems like they are annoyed by all guests . We arrived on a Friday night and they leisurely tell that pool is closed and it won’t be open and they can’t do anything about it Not a hint of wanting to sound apologetic . Next morning the elevator was broken , we couldn’t find our way from the gym up to the lobby .When asked one of the employees .. they shook their shoulders and said they don’t know where fire stairs are!!!!!! I came toRelax but got the opposite . WillNever come back to this place ..It’s a joke in the middleOf nowhere not a wellness center .

  : The setting is lovely and the hotel is grand. The spa has a lot of potential. It had the vibe of a forgotten luxury onsen hotel in rural Japan - vast and deserted. It felt like we were one of the very few guests.The yoga class was lovely, in a beautiful space with lots of room and a great nature view. The coffee was tasty and breakfast healthy and delish.
  : The hotel lacked communication. It's huge, and in theory offers a lot. But while there, the hot water in the spas was not working, so we did not get to enjoy the beautiful Jacuzzi in the pool and women's spa area. We also didn't get directions to the spa, and had to ask another guest we happen to run into how to get there. The spa schedule is only posted at the front desk each morning, so we had to wake up early to see it. It seems that the staff did not have an understanding about what was going on throughout the hotel, and had no interest in finding out if asked. This lack of communication left a feeling of vacancy for guests to wade through. This perpetuated the deserted and forgotten vibe of the hotel. The hotel is nearly brand new, but things seem to be falling apart already. Wallpaper was peeling in areas in the spa, faucets didn't work, and drains didn't drain well. The nature path on the property was not kept mowed. The fountain coming into the hotel was off. These small things added up. For a person spending thousands for a spa treatment getaway, this could give a disappointing feeling. We stayed for a night and only paid for the room rate, so we accepted these little things and moved on.

  : Very quite and clean facilities . The restaurant staff are very courteous and friendly!
  : I called at least 10x to the property, no one answered. When we checked in I told the receptionist about it and he just arrogantly said “the phone never ring”. No apologized no nothing, very bad costumer service. When we checked out, the woman in front desk seemed like she’s in a hurry, she wants us out right away. The sauna and steam bath wasn’t hot at all even I waited for too long.
