  : The counter staff told me three times when the room would be ready and it never was until I returned at 4:30 pm…. I first arrived at the property at 12:30

  : Location was excellent. Everything is a 15 min drive to everywhere else in the city. Very convenient.
  : While the location was excellent everything else was not that great. Stained carpets in the hallway. A wet musty smell was prevalent throughout. Our room had a tub that was stopped up and all they could do to fix it was make it slowly drain. Furniture was well worn. A lot of the amenities were in poor condition. The pool was unclean. a lot of the out side furniture was falling apart. I never wouldve expected this from a Marriot hotel. Very disappointing experience.

  : The lady we worked with at the front desk was clearly frustrated with the computer system, but remained friendly and as helpful as she could be.
  : We booked a double queen room, but it was not available when we arrived. We were instead assigned two neighboring king rooms; however, both were dead-bolted when we attempted to use our key cards. We were then given two rooms on opposite wings of the hotel. One of the key cards did not work, and there appeared to be a light on in the room. After a yet another room assignment change, we made it into a room with a single bed and a pull out. We made it work because it was after midnight and our kids were stressed. How can the computer system be so poor that we could not get assigned an empty room? Based on the number of people returning to the front desk with their luggage, we were not the only ones with issues.
