  : No ironing board and have to ask for iron. No microwave except in lobby witch closed early.

  : The room was not attended by room services all the time.The floor carpet wasnt clean and the room smells bad.Breakfast was very poor with no fresh food.The ask me to sign on the charges which was higher than the price of my reservation!

  : I remember the beds as being comfortable when I've stayed here in the past....but several years later now, they are getting to be in need of replacement....it will be worth the investment to purchase new beds. I won't stay there again ever.....only because of the beds. The mattress springs are now penetrating the surface and it is a real barrier to restful sleep...The beds are the most important aspect of a hotel. Google reviews from years ago spoke highly of the comfortable mattresses here. It's what made me stay and return here several times. This time though will be my last unless you prove upgrades in beds.
  : See above Beds are too old and painful. Ruins the nice aspects of the hotel. I won't stay here again. If you don't want to spend on upgrading the beds in all rooms...then expect that others like myself experience a very difficult sleep and rest.
