  : The smell was horrible..fleas and bed bugs! My children and I have bites all over us that have left our arms legs face and back ate up! There were dirty towels left hanging in the rooms!

  : Horrible experience! Checked at 4 we were told at 10am we couldn’t do early check in which was fine so we did a little shopping. Came back the second time to check the room was so filthy! Went downstairs immediately to make a complaint. The front desk agent Aliyah and dark skin bald platinum blonde young lately gave the worst customer service experience when I told them I would like to be in a different room due to the room being dirty. She immediately lied and stated someone booked 18 rooms so there weren’t any rooms available but offered housekeeping to clean up again. I showed aliyah pictures and videos of what the room look like and all she could say is “I understand” but did absolutely NOTHING!!! We gave housekeeping 3 hours to clean up because it was too late to check out to find a different hotel. Once we got back to the room the second time it looked just as it did the first time. Dirty walls, tub, mini fridge were all dirty. I went back down stairs to request for a refund but I was told nothing but excuses and poor service. 7am the next damn I went back down stairs to speak with someone new. I didn’t get her name but she turned our entire trip around with her positive,awesome customer service, and sense of urgency. I felt heard and understood. She told me to give her until 10am and she will have us moved into a different room. She called my room at 9:59 and said I moved you to a new room come get your keys. I wish I could upload the pictures and videos to share. I’ll never book here again.

  : The front desk clerk was very nice.
  : The room/bathroom were not clean. The bathroom was the worst part about the stay. The shower was dirty and had mildew in it. The toilet had dried up shit around it. The walls had dried bloody boogers on them. I have stayed here before and never had an issue.
