  : Like new, very spacious and clean. very comfortable will all amenities in the kitchen. The price was very reasonable, and offset the annoying road noise, as it is on the main road. Loved the washer and dryer, styling was pleasant too.Would stay agian
  : Very clean place, but the floors were not mopped, so our socks became dirty very fast, as you are not to wear shoes in the house. Needs curtains on sliding glass door, as light from car headlights and morning sun pour into the living room.

  : Biggest surprise NONSMOKING Property it! Location out of town, great view, cutest layout, laundry room, garage for security of belongings, nice decor, master bed was comfy (did not use second bedroom), kitchen had dishes/utensils needed, nice window coverings if you needed privacy. We would definitely stay again.
  : Price could be a bit cheaper. Kitchen pans not great for cooking (food sticks to pan, we purchased our own to use while there). Snow removal was not in a timely matter (was not removed until late afternoon on second day of snow). There were cobwebs on kitchen ceiling fan. These are all pretty minor. Just letting you know because you are asking. Did not feel anything was note worthy to make a call to fix immediately. Your snow removal service was definitely smoking on the property while moving snow (your info says NONSMOKING entire property).

  : The house is virtually new, very comfortable and well setup kitchen and equipment. liked having a garage to store our car and bikes when not used. The bed was very comfortable
  : The bedroom is on hwy 191 so we got traffic noise during the night. It is a bit south of Moab (the opposite side of the parks) but only an extra 10-15 minutes.

  : Arrival instructions not accurate regarding keys. Sour smell from a/c. Not clean - dust bunnies and empty bottle under bed. Mice in unit - found droppings in the morning. Very close to highway so noisy when trucks go by. Some of white linens were stained. Birds nesting in soffits.

  : Simply and private.
  : My unit was too close to highway could not sleep well due to noise. Master bath need something to block the car lights at night time. Units 1,2,3, and 4 I can not rent any of those units. The entire complex would be better IF it was back from the road by a minimum of 50 feet.
