  : The area it’s located and the upkeep of the property. Area around back and sides of building were overgrown with weeds even dog area. Felt like we were in the slum area of town. No pride. Unfortunately we were not able to cancel our reservation.

  : I travel from Western South Dakota to Chicago and back twice a year with a dog. This is one of my regular stops. from last August till now, they removed the key card locks and put in cheap locks with keys. it just seems like they’re trying to cut corners everywhere!

  : Nothing this place was horrible I was afraid to stay in the room. It was dirty and stinky the bedding looked like it never got washed had cigarette burns in it and was covered in black stuff
  : Absolutely nothing I wouldn't let a pack of stay dogs stay in that place it needs shut down. Didn't even stay in my room it was disgusting and they wouldn't refund my money and the desk person was very disrespectful

  : They gave me a room tucked in the back of the facility away from parking and next to the pool that wasn't operational. I requested a new room, closer to the front where I could keep an eye on my car. They switched me rooms and gave me a new key. The key didn't work and when I went back to request a key that worked, the man at the counter scoffed at me and acted like I was the idiot who didn't know how to use a key. Once he realized his mistake, he simply shrugged and walked away, not apologizing. He also awkwardly intervened in my check-in process, making it less efficient, because he clearly doesn't allow his wife to be alone in the hotel lobby with guests checking in. The whole place had a weird vibe and I wish I wouldn't just kept driving to Sioux Falls.
  : The manager was a jerk and the cleaning staff were very pushy about my check out time. I I arrived very late at night and I was out by 11 but the cleaning guy was knocking on my door and telling me to hurry up at quarter to 11.

  : This place was disgusting! We had reserved a non-smoking room and when we opened the door we were hit with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. The bed looked like it hadn't been washed and the comforter had a couple of cigarette burn holes in it. The floor was sticky so we had to keep shoes on the whole time. The bed sheets and towels were all stained. The shower curtain had mold on about one-third of the inner side. The lower price absolutely was not worth it.

  : Nothing. It was a nightmare
  : Door lock was broken. Sheets and bedding was dirty and had hair in bed and on pillows. Dirty and used towels were left in room. Fire detector was removed. Dirty floor, trash and old food under bed. Had to put cooler and suitcases against doors. Had to sleep fully dressed on top of sheets with a car blanket to cover up with. Then people and dogs fighting outside door. Green and slimy pool… Smelled like death.

  : Bad smell in the room. No chair initially and the one they brought in was broken and filthy. Horribly dirty bathroom.
