  : Good location in relation to campus. Breakfast was the usual variety of hot and cold options. Our room was a good size for our family.
  : The hotel needs a lot of updates. The hallways are dark and dingy looking. Rips in lobby furniture and thread bare carpets in areas were less than inviting.

  : It was clean, big for 2 adults and 3 kids pool was nice and cold
  : No complaints other than to just check the refrigerator it was not working even on the highest number

  : Ease of parking which was well- lit. Bed was comfortable.
  : There were zero towels in the dark pool area so we had to return soaking wet to our room after swimming. The front desk girl was rude — we stood for 15 minutes, belongings in hand, while she was on the phone with a caller- who she gestured to us was incessantly talking; however, she did nothing to end the call to assist us. Instead, she answered another call and continued to make us wait. When she announced that she’d be right back I said “Could you please check us in— we are here waiting.” She was visibly annoyed and curtly took our information then proceeded to give us the last room in the hotel the farthest possible walk— Room 436. The complimentary breakfast consisted of tasteless soupy eggs and microwave sausages. Even the orange juice tasted off. We will never repeat our stay at this Hyatt. We had come the previous summer and had a completely different experience.

  : Pool area looks like it could definitely use updating, and the floors in the hallways had some areas that were sinking in. Wish it was just a little bit fancier for the price.
