  : the booking initial write up states complimentary 2 chairs and umbrella. Upon arrival to the beach, we soon found out this was not the case. Stating this loud and clear within the individual listing and confirmation would have been beneficial.

  : I love the location and it was very clean and comfortable
  : I didnt like that the light in the bathroom and the light in the bedroom did not work and we had him a person to come out and stay two hours fixing on it and still couldnt get the light in the bedroom to work the tall is need to be replaced

  : It was so close to the beach which was great, very easy to get there. The apartment had a lot of good space and provided a lot of things needed to make things there. The view was great and the area was very beautiful.
  : The apartment was located right outside of the elevator so it was very noisy and could be easily heard. The bedroom was in the front so it would wake us up a lot when someone rode the elevator or was even talking right outside. We weren't notified when someone was coming from maintenance which was frustrating to walk in and have someone be there without our knowledge. We called and they did apologize but communication could have been better.

  : Condo was in a great location and was in good condition, clean & nothing was broken. Furniture was comfortable, besides living room couch (could use an upgrade)
  : My only issues were the noisy kids in units directly above mine, it was just every now & again. (Not a big deal, but noticeable) I felt like for the price the amenities are lacking. Hot Tub is pretty weak temperature-wise doesn't even come close to 100, however pool areas are very clean. I fell like Maravilla could do more. No employees are ever at the leasing office from what I could tell, have they thought about doing bike rentals. I saw one bundle of bikes in front of the office that looked like rentals but the only employees I saw were groundkeepers & maintenance folks.
