: The location of the house is great and the neighborhood seemed safe.
: We were told an email would be sent to us the morning of our arrival with check in info and codes. However, we had to call 3 times before the information was emailed to us ( around 3 pm). From the outside the house looks nice, and the initial appearance of the inside was that it was nice. However, the fabric couches had stains and hair on them, the screened in back patio(which is less than impressive) was tracked up with mud. Several pillows in the house were stained yellow and several of the linens were stained too. The binds on the front door are broke so unless, so dont open them if you dont want people to be able to see in the home. We didnt use anything out of the kitchen as there was a dead bug and food crumbs in the silverware drawer. The drawers in the bedrooms werent much better, in fact, in the master closet there was a dirty pair of underwear left over from the people before us. It was easy to see that just minimal cleaning had taken place, and thats not too comforting while traveling during a pandemic. Also the WiFi password didnt work, nor did the beach access gate codes. We called the company and let them know our concerns, they said they would send someone to fix the WiFi and a Property manager will call us about the rest. The Wi-Fi was fixed but we never heard from anyone else.Oh ya... there were lots of maggots On the outdoor trash cans that are used for trash pick up.

: The location was perfect within a gated community and we were literally the only ones at the swimming pools. The woman helping us with our stay, B.J., was amazing and helped us with anything.
: The place does need some a new mattress and box springs in the master bedroom because the ones there are very loud.

: We liked that its close to the beach. Was cleaned up nicely when we arrived. The AC worked great and the water was hot. Wifi was great.
: The ice maker made a knock, knock noise like a woodpecker pecking. The only other thing is maybe updating the dishwasher. But its not that big of a deal. It works.
