  : I was surprised at how beautiful the rooms were. Clean and comfortable.
  : Needed more towels for the bathroom and the TV didn't have great wifi reception, but we were there to watch TV. But for someone that wanted to just stay in and relax it would be annoying.

  : The room was clean and modern, and the staff did their best to accommodate my requests. I did have to switch rooms a couple of times, and the final one was too noisy, but I did have a microwave, small refrigerator and stand-alone heater.
  : The location: my room was facing a busy street and there was constant, noisy traffic, also lots of police sirens, ambulances, and buses literally every 5 minutes. I was also advised by 2 of my Uber drivers that the neighborhood isn't safe and is crime-ridden. It is an urban, inner city environment. There was also no central heat, and the stand-alone heater wasn't that effective.

  : There was some amazing views near the hotel. But nothing exactly about the hotel it's self.
  : Improper hot water, they had signs everywhere saying run the hot 5-10 before using it. No towels in my room to take a shower. No heat in my room, they had a portable heater. No ac in the room again a portable unit.many "improvements" but it all looked bad
