  : Beautiful building inside and out. Staff were very pleasant (but creepy situation with one employee in my room with a nude picture on his phone) and over all helpful.
  : Internet issues both the evening I checked in and the next morning. The evening I checked in I did get support in the room and it was working, (uncomfortable situation however with employee as he was swiping his phone to find passwords there was a picture of naked man on his phone. He did get the router working, however it was temporary fix. The next morning another issue, the plug had stopped working also bedside lamp and router/therefore WIFI. He also tried to turn down radiator and brought a fan to the room, it was like an oven in the room all night. Had window open and a garbage lid slammed outside in the wind all night. When mentioned at the front desk the next morning the person at front desk said oh yeah there is a garbage container right outside your window. No offer to switch rooms was offered ever. The maintenance man came Thursday AM to fix lamp / router and heat which 2 of 3 got fixed and heat was better however still very hot in room and had to have the window and fan again. Very little sleep and that is the point. Also, I had to leave my room and go to the fitness room to get any work done while they fixed the plug in and no offer to move?

  : The location right on the lake is beautiful, close to a lot of stuff to do. The restaurant was fabulous, the 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was incredible.
  : Unit was perfect, except under the couch cushions.
