  : The room was okay but the coffee pot was so dirty, only 2 decaf coffee no others, only two towels, no bath mat and the top comforter was stained. The staff was so pleasant and the male tending the bar was so friendly and nice! I think detail to cleanliness would make this place exceptional!

  : The kid at the front counter when we arrived was so helpful figuring out a problem with rooms for us! The pool was clean and didn’t have an overbearing smell of chlorine
  : Being told a head of time our rooms were upgraded. We had 8 people and booked 2 queen. Rooms and when we got there we were told we had 2 king rooms. Luckily the kid working the counter helped us out and we ended up with one queen room and one king. Would have been nice to have been aware of the hotel situation before hand

  : The water was hot.
  : The furniture was old, chipped, and/or worn. TV did not work. I called the front desk to ask for more towels since housekeeping never came. I was told I needed to come downstairs and get the towels. When I got downstairs, I was asked how many do I need. I had to set my dirty towels on the floor outside of my door because again housekeeping didn’t come daily.

  : Accommodations are as good at the Sonesta as usual.
  : Changes for this year included charging for breakfast $11.95 per person. Last years stay it was included. The food was marginal at best. Included meals I expect this but for $12 per plate I did not expect powdered eggs and cold food. Will not do that again…. Also last year for Summerfest we got a ride to and from the Summerfest grounds. This year I couldn’t book this on line because it told me it wasn’t available for the dates we were staying which made no sense. I asked the lady at the front desk about it and she said she couldn’t help me and would need to Uber it or drive myself. Which I did and paid the additional $40 to park there. We will be coming to Summerfest in 2025 but we will not be staying at the Sonesta again. I can add the $25 for breakfast and the $40 parking to a different hotel. Quite a disappointing stay this time around.
