  : The noise from the upstairs was radiating all night long as though the floors were made with no insulation. Could hear the upstairs neighbors, (maybe they are the hosts?) every conversation. It was a dingy little basement with a lot of fluff to make it look better. Couldn't even provide coffee, but two coffee makers. Heater was cold at best and this is during the winter, luckily I found behind a curtain separation from the water tank and washer/dryer room a little space heater so we can tolerate the cold winter nights of SLC. For what we paid, we could of received much better accommodations, but the ad and pictures were very misleading and leading to our disappointment. Feeling dooped!

  : the area is a nice neighborhood
  : The neihhborhood was nice and almost everything else.about the place was crappy junk. This place4 lied about the property's onsite amenities and the property alltogether. I was renting an entire house but when I arrived it was shared with a couple downstairs. The couple were obviously fighting and she was cryinhg in the interior stairwell. no washer /Dryer at the location, no bowling which was listed as being an amenity of the property. the hot tub didnt heat up and was disgustingly filthy the window treatments were hiddeous. Ended up cancelling and cutting the trip short because of the horrible conditions. Called to cancel and was told that there was no refund even though the advertisment and description was deceptive and outright false.

  : We got plenty of laughs over how ridiculously bad this place was.
  : The listing was deceiving, it indicated that it was a whole house with 2 bedrooms but was only the basement. There were 3 dead bugs and one live spider.Crumbs from Cheetos and other various snacks. Hair (possibly dog hair) all over pillows.Found blood on the rim of the toilet.Hair in the bathroom and shower. Stain on pull out couch (second “bed”)Stairway connected between upstairs and basement is only locked from the upstairs meaning anyone could come down at any time.Website says no pets allowed but sign inside says dogs are allowed.The door has to be slammed to open once unlocked, it’s very tight.
